Job hunting can feel never-ending and relentless, but can be greatly helped if you know where to look. That’s why we’ve collated a list of 16 websites, jobs boards and newsletters catered specifically for creatives. With opportunities ranging from photography, film, graphic design and communications to marketing and project management, we recommend having a browse.
1. The Dots
This might sound like an obvious one, but The Dots has helped many people’s creative careers take off. Aimed at creatives spanning the entire industry, you can find jobs relating to your field and apply through their app – whether you’re looking for opportunities in photography, marketing, advertising, design, or arts and crafts.

2. LinkedIn
There’s a misconception that LinkedIn isn’t great for creative job seekers. But there are some roles on LinkedIn that aren’t advertised anywhere else. It’s always good to keep your profile up-to-date to ensure you see relevant suggestions for roles. You can also set up reminders to be updated when your favourite companies post a new opportunity.

3. If You Could Jobs

4. Social Fixt
Social Fixt was created by marketeer and DJ Mercedes Benson after she observed that the creative industry rarely reflected her own experiences. Its core aim is to bridge the gap for Black talent. From internships to full-time jobs, each job is handpicked to help entry and mid-level creatives find their next opportunity.

Creative Access has helped countless creatives from underrepresented groups find their first internship or role in the creative industry. They work with organisations like the BBC, ITV, Universal Music Group, and many more to bring you the best internships, fellowships, and jobs.

7. Arts Jobs
Many moons ago, Arts Council England launched Arts Jobs, the destination for all creative industry-related jobs, from crafts, combined arts, film, photography to museum and gallery-related jobs and internships. All you have to do is select your preferences and get started.

8. Creative Lives in Progress Opportunities Board
Our very own Opportunities Board serves as a centralised hub for entry-level creative opportunities and jobs. Opportunities range from short courses and grants to apprenticeships and many more, and all postings are checked for fair practice and payment.

People of Colour in Tech (or POCIT) is a company committed to transparency and integrity, aiming to highlight the experiences of marginalised groups in the tech industry. If you’re looking for a role in the tech industry, this is a great place to start your search. Jobs are updated regularly and there’s advice on the website to help you out too.

11. ERIC
With the aim of being a “pre-job power boost” for young creatives, the ERIC platform is meant for those with a goal of getting a career in the creative industries but who aren’t quite ready to apply to a job yet. After signing up and telling them about your preferences, you’ll get a curated feed of creative opportunities and experiences.

12. UAL Creative Opportunities
Run by UAL’s Careers and Employability team, the website is intended for creative graduates who are looking for entry-level roles – but it’s not just limited to UAL students or alumni, as the website is open to the public. Featuring creative roles both in the UK and internationally, the platform also advertises grants, funding and bursaries in the art, design, communications and performance sectors.

13. Media Beans
Media Beans is a jobs platform that connect writers, journalists and social media and communications creatives to the industry. With junior-level listings at companies such as BBC, The Times, Mubi and Thames and Hudson, they are ideal for those looking for their first or second role with big names in media and publishing. They send out a newsletter every Monday and are are great resource to kickstart a week of job searching.

15. JournoResources
JournoResources is a platform that supports journalists starting out in the industry. They list jobs that pay at least the National Minimum Wage and display their salary bands, as well as feature internships that pay the the Real Living Wage as set up by the Living Wage Foundation. 16. A New Direction
A New Direction is a non-profit organisation with the mission to help young Londoners achieve their creative potential. Their jobs board, Create Jobs, features roles across a number of industries, ranging from publishing to digital technology and start-ups. They also partner with the Kickstart Scheme and employers such as the V&A, our sister company Anyways Creative, Arts Council England and digital design studio, ustwo. All of these opportunities are collated in their newsletter alongside events and training programmes.
