In addition to overseeing a team and the delivery of a project, they will take responsibility for nurturing and developing an overall client relationship, with a keen eye for new opportunities, connections and business. Serving as a font of knowledge for both sides of the work – from budgets and timing to internal resources and personalities – they will have a good handle on whether proposed creative ideas and processes will actually work. This also accounts for their razor-sharp ability to predict and prepare for problems ahead of anyone else.
