About The Role
We’re looking for a social-first Junior Creative to join our small but fast-growing team developing audience-first branded content solutions for some of the world’s best loved brands across our network of highly engaged communities on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Snapchat and YouTube.
Sitting within the Commercial team in the London office, the Junior Creative will support the Creative team on coming up with and creating content for our brand partners - from memes to vox pops and everything in between - whilst learning everything about branded content from the best in the biz. We’re looking for someone who’s deeply immersed in Gen Z internet culture, prides themselves on their memes and is excited by the potential of developing their creative skills whilst creating work that impacts the lives of millions of people all over the world.
What will you be doing?
- Working with the Brand Partnerships team to interrogate client briefs
- Work alongside the rest of the Creative team to developing entertaining and innovative ideas for commercial campaigns that our audiences will love and our clients will buy
- Supporting Creative Solutions team on the creation of memes, vox pops and other lofi social content
- Attending shoots to create content and shadow other members of the Creative and Production teams.
- Regularly checking in with Social Editorial teams to keep up-to-date with latest developments on the pages
- Working with the Brand Partnerships and Social Activation teams to identify proactive opportunities to pitch new ideas to commercial partners around key tentpole moments
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year experience of working in a social publisher or social-first agency environment
- Comfort working collaboratively and at speed to balance multiple projects at once and desire to learn quickly
- Instinctive knowledge of Gen-Z and wider internet culture and trends
- Strong understanding and interest in the world of digital and use of social channels e.g. Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube and Facebook.
- Experience with tools like Google Slides, CapCut, Canva and Adobe Photoshop is highly beneficial
- Natural talent for creating shareable, culturally relevant content (including memes)
