Are you from a global majority background? Are your currently pursuing / interested in a career in the arts and culture sector? We want to hear from you!

It's well-known that the creative industries continue to struggle when it comes to the diversity of its workforce, particularly when it comes to recruiting candidates from global majority backgrounds. What is less clear, are the exact reasons why.

Brabble, in partnership with UAL and the Big South London Innovation Fund, are conducting a research study to explore the factors that influence candidates from global majority backgrounds when deciding whether or not to apply for a job in the arts and culture sector. Your insights will help us understand the barriers, motivations, and considerations that shape these important career choices.
