As part of the Further Group, we are on a mission to push creativity forward and we’re seeking a New Business Executive to play a key role in helping DesignStudio realise this ambition; to drive new business processes, validate opportunities and help the team pursue the right new business prospects. You will report directly into the London Principal and help our studios across London, New York and Sydney in gaining new business.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for inbound leads and enquiries for DesignStudio London and New York, qualifying, validating, and prioritising leads quickly.

• Proactively reach out to potential clients to set up new business meetings and build relationships.

• Monitor and track opportunities using the established CRM system for DesignStudio Group

• Prepare monthly opportunity reports for DesignStudio Group

• Coordinate and collate administrative information required for RFIs and pitch response documentation across London, New York and APAC.

• Manage internal new business processes, including logistics, internal pitch briefs, monthly report meetings, room bookings, and travel bookings.

• Maintain credentials, including filing, formatting, and updating new and existing case studies.

• Conduct research and analysis on the agency and client landscape.

• Handle outbound client research and activity tracking.

• Enthusiasm for all potential leads and opportunities, regardless of size, to understand the ambition and vision of briefs and set up relationships for success.

• Ability to balance reactive and proactive workloads, promptly addressing client requests while engaging in long-term initiatives and ongoing outbound activities.

• Good presentation skills.

• Entrepreneurial mindset open to new processes, diverse scopes, identifying opportunities for commercial growth, and continuous learning.

• Strong analytical, communication and listening skills

Key Skills and Requirements

• Some agency new business (or equivalent) experience with knowledge of the process from validation to conversion.

• Experience managing multiple leads, prospects, and opportunities simultaneously across various sectors and regions.

• Experience managing new business administrative functions, including CRM systems.
