Our expectations

We’re looking to grow the Craft team with somebody driven, self-motivated and keen to learn. You’ll need to be a natural relationship builder with a commercial mindset, so you’re quick to spot an opportunity.

To begin with, you’ll work closely with the current team to better understand our market, clients and the positions we recruit for. We’ll provide all the training you need to get up to speed, plus a clear progression plan to develop in your career. Our goal is to have you manage recruitment projects in your own specialist area of design recruitment within the first year.

Obviously, a background or interest in the design industry will be useful, as you’ll be speaking to designers of all levels on a daily basis. So, if you have a beady eye for creativity, an ambitious nature, and you’re keen to get stuck into the design industry, you could be our next Junior Recruiter!
