The Role
As a Junior Producer, you’ll support the seamless production and delivery of creative projects. You’ll act as the glue between ideas and execution, ensuring we deliver ambitious work on time and within budget. You’ll be integral to managing project workflows, communicating with clients, and maintaining our high standards of quality and collaboration.
Support our producers and studio with:
- Collaborating with the design team to define project goals and strategy.
- Creating detailed project briefs, scopes, estimates, and timelines.
- Onboarding design teams and develop team milestones aligned with project timelines.
- Overseeing project delivery plans, ensuring all deliverables meet quality and spec requirements.
- Monitoring budgets, track progress, and identify risks to ensure timely delivery.
- Communicating project plans, updates, and delivery milestones to clients.
- Receive, understand, and implement client feedback effectively.
- Organise and lead internal/external meetings, including work-in-progress sessions.
- Manage invoicing and project completion documentation.
Contribute to Studio Excellence:
- Understand and liaise on design processes
- Manage feedback loops and project reviews to ensure continuous improvement.
- Bring your ideas, energy, and fresh perspectives to every challenge.

- Familiarity with Google Workspace (bonus points for Adobe Creative Suite experience).
