Established in 2009 Lick & Stick Graphics are large format digital print and graphic installations specialists.
From our head office in Egham, our team of project managers and print specialists use their combined experience, knowledge and expertise to research materials, print methods and finishing processes to enhance the service we offer to our global clients.
Working in the studio you will facilitate the progress of projects across all areas of production, you will work closely with the production team to ensure projects go to print on time and error-free.
The Role:
Do you want to work with our fantastic team, supporting them in delivering experiences on a wide range of projects?
This is an ideal role for someone with excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills who is looking to progress and build upon their knowledge across a broad range of genres, in a stimulating, fast-paced environment.
You will be using Adobe Creative Cloud to amend, check, and pre-flighting artwork to ensure that all images and files are complete and ready for printing according to the print specifications.
You will be required to compose artwork imposition files for effective print production on our roll-to-roll and solid substrate printers.
Although this is not a design role you will be required to ensure brand and print guidelines are followed when working with design files and client artwork, and provide colour proofs for client approval.
Assisting in the digital production department.
Role and responsibilities:
- Possessing a good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat and InDesign
- Developing internal materials for the sales team and social platforms
- Ability to work well within a team
- Knowledge of, pre-press and repro procedures is preferable
- Self-starting attitude, adaptable, and a problem-solver
- Great communicator as you will be working with a variety of individuals on each project

- This role would be suitable for both new graduates and experienced operators
- Training will be given to the successful candidate to ensure they are able to fulfil all aspects of the role
Your attributes:
- Minimum requirements of a graphic design A level with experience in using Adobe Creative Cloud suite of applications primarily Adobe Illustrator and photoshop.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written)
- The ability to reliably commute to our head office in Egham for this office based role
- Authorised to work in the UK
What we are offering:
Job Type: Full-time (9 am - 5:30 pm Mon-Fri), Permanent with the opportunity of overtime where required.
We offer a competitive salary package and a pension scheme.
