Joining the team as Social Media and Digital Marketing Assistant you will play an important role delivering our digital strategies and maintaining social media channels for our client accounts.
Working closely with the creative team for each brand you will be responsible for delivering the content and community management tactics to an excellent standard. Among your daily responsibilities will be monitoring activity on our brand channels, responding to messages, interacting the brand’s audience, scheduling and reporting on content performance.
The channels we work with are at different stages of development and you will learn how to grow and manage different audiences and channels including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn. You will also have the opportunity to develop new strategies and channels using your own expertise and channel knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Community management
Maintain efficient community management processes to make sure that channels are live and growing. Respond to all DMs, comments, tags and mentions.
Content scheduling
Schedule all content in a timely, efficient manner. You are accountable for ensuring all scheduled content is posted at optimal times for community engagement.
Content sourcing
Find community-generated and shareable content that is relevant and appropriate for our brands. Secure permissions to share, file and track content, and identify trending topics within our audiences. Share and report to brand creative leads to support the efficient rollout of social calendars and strategies.
Channel hygiene
Maintain essential social media best practices to keep our channels functioning smoothly and looking their best. Review key hashtags, following lists, grid post archiving, story highlights, and bio links on a regular basis.
Technical channel expertise
Stay in the loop with key channel updates and insights, sharing your knowledge with designers to help optimize strategies.
Reporting and visibility
Deliver regular reporting on channel and post-performance to share internally and with clients.
