This is what we do best – we pit ourselves against the biggest bears… and we take them down.
We’re for brands who want to be bold and shake it up a little…however big or small.
To do this we hire like-minded talented people from the four corners of the planet. People who won’t settle for nudging things forward an inch when things could move a mile.

The Table is a paid year-long programme where you get the chance to work on some of the biggest brands in the business!
Salary: Above London Living Wage
The programme starts with 3 weeks of training where you will be given a full induction into all areas of the agency. After this, you will begin your working career at VCCP in your specific role for the remainder of the year.
The positions that are available are account management, planning, production, PR, new business, AI, media and digital.

How To Apply
To apply, please fill out the form below and submit by 23:59, Sunday 3rd November 2024. When completing the application form, please note that you are able to go back to previous pages to review your answers before submitting your application.
Following this, short-listed candidates will be notified by Friday 22nd November 2024.
Unfortunately, due to the high levels of interest we cannot respond to all applications so if you have not been notified by Tuesday 26th November 2024 then you have not been shortlisted.
The interview process will involve attending a half or whole day task day on one of the following dates: Wednesday 4th and Thursday 5th December in London. No candidate will be considered who cannot attend any of these specified dates. Successful candidates will be informed by Friday 20th December 2024 and will commence work in August 2025.
