Landor is part of WPP, world leaders in communications, experience, commerce and technology nominated as the Cannes Lions Creative Company of the year 2024.
Headquartered in London and with global offices in the US, APAC and EMEA, the workforce has grown to over 1300 employees. Landor has been recognised in Fortune’s Best Workplaces in Advertising & Marketing as well as winning Campaign’s Global Agency of the Year Award.
Landor's work includes major campaigns and projects for some of the world’s leading brands including Adidas, Dell, Kellogg’s, Lego, Nestle, and Renault.
Landor positions brands for competitive advantage through relevant difference. The studio applies this same brand thinking to people development.
Landor recognises and celebrates those who have truly impacted its clients, business and culture through extraordinary creativity, innovation, inspiration and being good people. The studio fosters a culture where everyone is included, everyone can listen, teach, be heard, empathise and ask questions, all in the spirit of learning and cultivating an open mindset. Landor is a global community striving to learn more about sustainability and do good in the context of its daily work.
Landor’s manifesto outlines that we exist to make a positive difference; for our people, our clients, and the world around us. The team is curious, optimistic, fearless and compassionate. Landor is united by the same belief - that our differences make us stronger, better - and by the ambition to help brands to thrive. Together, the Landor team is inventing a more positive future.
There are a host of competitive employee benefits across Landor, with a big focus on work-life balance and promoting positive wellbeing whether this is for body or mind. Landor offers enhanced holiday and additional days off for employees; ‘late-late breakfasts’ throughout the year; free, balanced breakfasts Monday to Friday; discounted memberships at a wide range of gyms and studios; free access to Headspace mindfulness app; and the agency has a community of Mental Health Allies who have volunteered and been trained to support colleagues within Landor and across the WPP Group.
Landor's London studio has a welcoming and friendly atmosphere with regular get-togethers and opportunities to socialise both formally and informally. The studio has weekly running and climbing clubs, as well as other organised events to learn and do together; monthly Landor Lates organised by the social committee; and regular lunch and learns on a range of different topics from how to improve your sleep, through to talks from industry experts.
Everyday, Landor creates work that is worldwide, one-of-a-kind, and blow-your-hair-back brilliant. Twice a year the studio celebrates its Extraordinary Awards to show this work off. Teams are given the stage to share and compete with their most uncompromising creativity – the pieces that are anything but ordinary, with winning teams announced on Landor's global shares.
Landor is committed to actively recruiting diverse talent at entry level. In 2019, the agency created its Next Generation of Brand Transformers programme. The objective of the programme is to broaden and diversify Landor’s talent pool, by tapping into groups of candidates starting out in their careers, coming from a variety of backgrounds and socio-economic groups from across the globe.
It is both an online learning series open to global participants and an entry-level program tailored for a virtual world, designed to excite, and engage prospective employees (and perhaps even Landor's next generation of clients), about the evolving landscape of brand.
This programme is free to participate in – the only thing needed is to give it your time. In 2023 the agency had 1015 applications (almost 500 more than in 2022!) from 52 different countries, all of whom undertook 9 virtual training sessions over the course of six weeks.
