R/GA is a Global Creative Innovation Agency with offices across EMEA, Americas and Asia-Pacific. The agency has four main practices - Brand Design, Product & Experience, Campaign & Content Design and CRM & Relationship Design.

R/GA is a project run business, which enables its teams to work with many different styles of brands. This helps to produce an inspiring and creative environment for R/GA’ers, as projects can be very diverse.

Innovation is at the core of everything R/GA does. Examples of the types of projects the team has taken on include new e-commerce websites for Moncler and Stone Island, a rebrand of Saudi Arabia’s oldest bank, BSF, and Nike Sync, a Menstrual Cycle Digital Platform.

R/GA has more than 1,300+ employees globally with offices across the United States, Europe, South America, and Asia-Pacific. It helps brands and businesses find the fastest, most human path to growth. It gets the new world because it helped to build it.

R/GA was founded in 1977 by two brothers, Bob and Richard Greenberg, who built computers and wanted to use technology not just to create things that people had never seen before but to make people feel things too. Bob is still with R/GA as chairman, and still wants to chew the fat on everything from NFTs to the future of space travel, remaining ever curious about the world around us and the power of technology and design to shape it for the better.

R/GA knows intersections of people and skills lead to breakthroughs. We don’t all think, look and act the same. R/GA is radically collaborative by nature and by pairing technologists with designers (XD/VD), strategists, copywriters and art directors, it’s teams bring a depth of experience and variety of POVs to every project.

R/GA London is privileged to have long term relationships with Nike (projects include 720 Airstore, Cycle Sync and Bra), Google (Auditorial, Searching for Syria), National Bank of Kuwait and Akbank, creating cutting edge experience design and comms. With a great heritage in brand and experience in the e-commerce space, the agency has launched brand new experiences for Benetton, Le Creuset and LVMH, plus the first part of R/GA’s transformational work for Moncler going live back in May 2022.

R/GA invents and reinvents brands from strategy through to activation and is deeply entrenched in new technologies, like Gen AI, to create custom solutions. It’s teams finds innovative ways to connect and engage customers and use data to inform, inspire and improve its work in the world.

R/GA's main office in the UK is a hub in London near Liverpool Street and whilst the team operates under a hybrid model, the agency believes in person sessions are key to deepening our connections. As such R/GA hosts a number of big events throughout the year to bring the teams together. Each week and month there is always a reason to come together.

Diversity and Inclusion is super important to the business - the agency hosts regular talks, events, and inspiring content to educate and celebrate.

The London team is also able to merge travel and work, having the ability to work from anywhere for up to four weeks throughout the year with the studio’s ‘work from anywhere’ policy.
