Alive has partnered with organizations like the British Red Cross, NHS Trusts, and KP Snacks. From tackling internal comms challenges to launching award-winning campaigns, Alive supports people in achieving their goals.
Inside the Company
Alive With Ideas came to life when two friends – Alan and Alex – wanted to make work a better place for themselves and others who joined. Now with bold, inspired, and supportive team members by their side, literally and virtually, this mission has never wavered. Based in Basingstoke, clad with yellow sofas, rubber ducks, and of course Winston their fluffy four-legged friend, Alive HQ is where positive vibes and artistic flair meet.
Mission and Vision
To sum up its mighty team, Alive With Ideas often uses this famous statement from Freddie Mercury: "We are misfits who don't belong together, playing for other misfits. To the outcasts right in the back of the room, who are pretty sure they don't belong either. We belong to them." Alive is a happy and inclusive environment where diversity of thought, creativity, and clever communication thrive. The three fundamental reasons Alive exists are to create great work with great people, to make work a better experience, and to enjoy what they do and to bring balance to work and life.
