Inside the Company

Lovers believes that in order to build impactful brands, the team needs to care. This means that the choice of projects is limited to only the most exciting. For each project, the permanent studio of creative directors and producers leads the selection of talent from the collective. Then focus is placed on motivating and mobilising these bespoke teams, maximising project chemistry and skill fit.

Mission and Vision

Lovers has a mission to win audiences for progressive organisations doing great things in business and society. It uses its collective power to inspire, inform, engage and mobilise millions of people.

Culture and Benefits

The company places importance on nurturing collective energy, sharing ideas outside of work (via a dedicated platform, Pillow Talk) and getting to know each other. Bringing in specific talent for particular projects provides the extended Lovers network with a chance to make new friends and learn from each other. The studio team is supported with individually focused professional training and career development, along with perks including access to a Lovers ‘leisure and pleasure’ fund.

Opportunities

The studio team makes time monthly to find the next generation of Lovers. Portfolios can be emailed 24/7 to [email protected]. The collective model welcomes a really broad range of communications skills, from graphic designers to illustrators, photographers, filmmakers and more.

Occasionally there are permanent openings in the studio team, sometimes for junior roles, which are advertised on If You Could. And while there isn’t currently an internship programme, but the company is looking at developing a scheme.
