Inside the Company

Based in London, Neverland is a team of 60+ working across strategy, creative, design, production and client services. It was founded by Jon Forsyth and Simon Massey, who set out to bring brand strategy and creative thinking together under one roof. Their belief was simple: what a brand stands for is as important as how it communicates. Shortly after launching, the agency was named Campaign’s first ever Start-up Agency of the Year. The team works mainly in person, encouraging close collaboration across disciplines.

Neverland’s ambition is to build long-term brand platforms that deliver strong, lasting results. The team believes the most powerful creative work comes from a brand’s simple truth - something rooted at the core of its business. By working with clients to uncover this and building ideas around it, they help brands create work that is both effective and distinctive. As an independent agency, Neverland is free to do what is right for its clients and its team, prioritising strong thinking and ideas over hierarchy or convention.

Neverland is a collaborative, creative and ambitious place to work. The team believes in giving people the space to contribute and grow, with junior talent trusted with real responsibility early on. Learning and development are taken seriously, with ongoing training and opportunities to build skills across disciplines. The mainly in-person culture helps build shared momentum, while regular cultural trips and sporting and wellbeing activities create a strong sense of community beyond the day-to-day work.

Opportunities

Neverland is committed to widening access to the creative industry to underrepresented groups. A key part of that commitment is the Neverland Flying Academy, a 12-week paid placement programme designed to remove barriers to entry and welcome people without specific qualifications or previous experience. Paid above the London Living Wage, participants gain hands-on experience across key departments, working on live briefs and presenting their ideas to the team. The Academy was recognised with Marketing Week and the Advertising Association’s 2025 Talent Trailblazer Award. Across the wider agency, junior
team members are given meaningful responsibility from early on, with exposure to clients, involvement in pitching and the opportunity to contribute to major campaigns.
