The Supply

TheSupply is a consultancy that provides a new mode of talent curation and connections. Founded by makers, with makers and creators in mind. Its primary objective is helping top design, creative, AI, tech, and production talent make meaningful connections with innovative brands, studios, startups, and agencies.

Inside the Company
At its core, TheSupply is a tight-knit collective of industry veterans who hail from hands-on Design and Production roles. This rooted DNA allows them to be fully adept at immediately understanding both clients and talent needs whenever a request is received from either side. This has also led to an obvious integration into all the best fitting communities; Slack groups, conferences, meet-ups and awards organizations; most recently, partnering with Aaron AI Awards to bolster budding AI Vid/Img gen client/talent focus at all levels. Shaz Sedighzadeh started TheSupply in 2012 following his Digital Production career at ToolofNA, and CP+B Boulder. He’s always loved the idea of a small focused team, and has kept TheSupply going in that same mentality—a core employees with a wider network of freelancers and other talent crews that assist when needed.
Mission and Vision
While TheSupply does lean towards day-to-day work with a strong senior-level network, it also actively carves out time to focus on supporting the next generation of makers - particularly those who are in underrepresented categories. Aside from building trusted partnerships with the best schools/programs globally, and direct one-on-one sessions - TheSupply also donates a portion of its profits to charities that are equally as invested in the future of our industry. By contributing to causes that align with this vision, they hope to do their part in helping to build the foundation for a more diverse and inclusive talent pool.

Culture and Benefits
TheSupply is a small but mighty crew, grounded in trust and respect. They champion each other’s creative pursuits, making space for great work—on and off the clock, and always on their own terms. While they’ve embraced remote life, they still come together for creative events and moments of in-person collaboration that matter. They don’t just support creative work, they underwrite it. From on-demand workspace access to funding side projects, vibe/ai tooling, learning and development etc, they invest where it actually matters. The culture is expansive and exacting: ideas aren’t just welcomed, they’re encouraged—whether that means rewriting workflows, building bespoke tools, or pursuing the kind of clients worth having. Even their Slack runs differently; the inspiration channel reads less like a feed and more like a tightly edited, world-class archive.
Opportunities
TheSupply team knows the realities of entry-level work because they’ve lived them coming up as interns and junior creatives in smaller studios. They also understand the value of early proximity to real experience, where senior mentorship isn’t performative but intentional—offering guidance that genuinely sharpens the work.
Over the years, they’ve stayed closely connected with department heads and hiring leads, keeping a pulse on the skills and qualities that really matter at every level, including entry-level. This has allowed TheSupply to give back, sharing practical insights with the next generation as they build the foundations of their careers.
They pass these learnings along to help point talent in the right direction, connecting them with useful resources—whether that’s one-on-one mentorship or portfolio reviews. Over time, many of these early-career creatives naturally become part of TheSupply network, as both talent and clients, and the cycle continues on its own.
Just as importantly, they bring emerging talent into the fold, inviting them to contribute to internal tools and side projects as they take shape, keeping things collaborative, hands-on, and constantly evolving.
