Join Block’s design and engineering teams to tackle real challenges in the financial system. You’ll build products, prototypes, and AI tools across Square, Cash App, Afterpay, Tidal, Proto, and Bitkey.
We’re looking for emerging builders and self-taught experimenters who are exploring, making, and pushing boundaries with AI. Excellence and proof of building are what matters — not work experience, résumé, or diploma.
As a Design Fellow, you will design interfaces that respond to models in real time, prototype AI-assisted workflows, or explore visual systems shaped by data and code. Some projects focus on creative tools, others on product experiences that reach millions of customers. You’ll work alongside designers, engineers — shaping how we design and build with AI and seeing your work ship at scale.
Ten fellows. Six months. Fully paid, remote optional. Potential to convert to full-time.
