We are making a foundational hire. You'd work directly with the founding team to help define how Tova shows up in the world: brand, voice, content, story. A role with real impact, real influence, real ownership from day one.
We're hiring for Brand & Storytelling at Tova. Full-time, permanent, London hybrid.
Why this matters
Water is the defining challenge of this century. It touches food, energy, health, ecosystems, economic stability, and the gap between the scale of the problem and the quality of the tools available to solve it is enormous.
Tova exists to close that gap. We've built a physics-informed AI platform, trained on how water actually moves through the physical world, that gives utilities and water-dependent organisations decision-grade intelligence at a fraction of the time and cost of the status quo. We have four US utility pilots underway. We're a Techstars company. We're VC-backed and closing our first venture round.
Tova's brand, voice, and story are being defined right now. We need someone exceptional to help define them.
What this role is
There is no marketing team yet. You'd work directly with the CEO and Chief of Staff to define and execute the foundational brand and communications work to establish Tova as a global leader in this space.
That means defining and building Tova's positioning, messaging architecture, and tone of voice. Building audience frameworks across stakeholders (utility operators, investors, decision-makers). Owning LinkedIn execution: weekly publishing, performance tracking, A/B testing. Creating core brand collateral: one-pagers, brand assets, blog templates, case study frameworks. Translating deep technical work into content that is clear, credible, and gets read. Building brand systems that scale with the company.
Who we're looking for
Internet-native. AI-native. Strategic about brand. Exceptional in writing. Strong visual instincts. Self-directed. You've owned brand or content end to end before, ideally at an early-stage company.
You hold yourself to a high bar. You measure, test, learn, iterate. You're all in on the mission.
Details
- £35,000 to £45,000 depending on experience.
- Meaningful share options as part of the early team.
- Unlimited time off.
- North London office, hybrid (4 days in person).
