YBB are hiring. This role (one of 4) marks an important step in YBB’s journey as we move into our next phase — one focused on long-term growth, deeper community impact & creative ambition - that can support young people for the long haul.
At YBB, we’re not just delivering programmes—we’re transforming lives. You’ll join a values-led team that champions collaboration, creativity and youth voice at every turn. Be part of a movement that’s redefining what’s possible for young people across the UK.
The Role
As a Social Content Creator at YBB, you will be responsible for producing content and campaigns that resonate with our Gen Z audience. You will be able to pair this with a deep knowledge of youth culture and trends in order to enhance the creative output of our core services, especially in content production, as well as youth activations and events.
You will lead on shortform and vertical video content creation as well as overseeing edits across the organisation. The role will sometimes demand you to create the big-picture idea, and other times will demand you to only produce and edit. More often than not, we will ask for you to deliver on both grounds.
You will work closely with the strategist on a clear shortform video strategy for owned and social channels, the wider production team on how all shortform content should be captured as well as the publishing team on what is consistently working well and how we can present our content for maximum impact.
