About the Role

We’re looking for a Creative Development Associate to join our team in London on a part-time basis, with opportunity to shift to full time in the near future. This role is perfect for someone who’s excited to work at the intersection of design, creative strategy, and project coordination. You’ll support the development of client proposals, brainstorm creative concepts with the team, and help bring ideas to life through polished presentation materials.

What You’ll Do

  • Design & Presentation
    • Create visually compelling proposal decks and presentation materials using Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
    • Pull visual references, build mood boards, and help communicate creative directions clearly and effectively
  • Creative Brainstorming
    • Participate in ideation sessions, sharing ideas and research to support campaign and brand development
    • Collaborate with the team to shape early-stage concepts
  • Communication & Writing
    • Draft outreach and follow-up emails for clients and new business opportunities
    • Support with copywriting for decks and proposal materials
  • Project Coordination
    • Help organize timelines, deliverables, and asset tracking for creative projects
    • Support the team in keeping projects moving smoothly and on schedule

Who You Are

  • Based in London and available to work part-time, with interest in growing into a full-time role
  • Confident in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma, with a strong eye for design and layout
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple projects at once
  • A clear communicator who enjoys both creative and logistical work
  • Curious, collaborative, and excited to grow within a creative team
