We’re seeking creative, passionate 18–25-year-olds from across the UK to help shape a fairer industry. Share your voice, co-create solutions, join 12 virtual sessions, and get paid for your insight. No experience needed!
Who are we?
The Kurt Geiger Kindness Foundation is a stand-alone, non-profit organisation founded by fashion retailer, Kurt Geiger. Our mission is to build a more inclusive creative industry by providing young people with the support, skills and opportunities they need to overcome barriers and start their career.
70% of creative jobs aren’t advertised and only 16% of the industry are from working class backgrounds. This isn’t a coincidence and we are on a mission to change that.
