You'll contribute to both creative exploration and day-to-day design execution, from developing ideas to producing polished assets across digital and physical touchpoints. Working alongside experienced creatives, you'll help maintain and evolve Residence's visual identity while developing your own design skills.

This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates, self-taught designers, and emerging creatives eager to learn, collaborate, and grow.

  • Manage design files, templates, and asset libraries, preparing deliverables for digital and print production.
  • Participate in creative reviews, incorporate feedback, and refine work from concept through final execution.
  • Work closely with your mentor to develop skills, explore new tools, and grow as a designer.
  • Support cross-functional requests, balancing creative quality with timelines and team priorities.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience studying or working in an industry relevant to the skillset.

  • Design in a range of styles, aware of current pop culture and design trends.
  • Creative end-to-end solutions, from concept through codification of guidelines and asset delivery.
  • Ability to concept widely and iterate narrowly, and contribute to projects at varying points in the process.
  • Ability to work autonomously and develop a strong, unique point of view (POV).
  • Takes direction well and embodies a collaborative spirit.
  • Skills and Software knowledge we look for:
  • Strong design rigor, with emphasis on typography, composition, and visual hierarchy.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).

  • Familiarity with AI creative tools like Krea, Weavy, or similar.
  • Knowledge of digital and print production.
