We are seeking a highly energetic and creative Digital Marketing assistant to join our small, dynamic team. This is an entry level role open to anyone who has a keen interest in Photography and digital communication. As a key player in our marketing efforts, you will oversee website updates, manage the photographers digital archives, take ownership for social media management while helping us expand our online presence. You will play a vital role in engaging our audience, building brand awareness, and contributing fresh ideas to elevate our digital presence. As we are a small team you’ll have an opportunity to explore the other roles in the agency during busy times adapting to help other departments when needed as well as getting involved in our Gallery events with WREN London. Recognising this as an entry level role once established in the position, there is space for career progression with the support of the WREN team. WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Manage all WREN Agency & WREN London Digital marketing platforms and oversee day-to-day social media channels.
- Show a willingness to learn and grow, keeping up with digital trends and best practices.
- Manage and grow social media engagement, ensuring content resonates with our target audience, utilising social media analytics to drive improvements and measure the success of campaigns.
- Maintain the WREN website, client database and mail platform keeping clients up to date with new work from the photographers with an awareness of what will capture commercial enquiries.
- Maintaining and improving SEO practices for better online visibility.
- Collaborate with photographers to ensure the right visual assets are available for use.
- Assist the Agents with developing and implementing artists marketing strategy and develop fresh marketing campaigns and ideas for WREN.
- Produce social media campaigns, and newsletters using WREN photographers imagery, to increase engagement with clients
- Understand the nature of an Artist agency and ensure all digital marketing efforts align with the Wrens mission and values.
- Bring fresh ideas to the table and be a maverick who isn’t afraid to push boundaries of digital marketing. or explore new roads.

- A solid understanding of all social and marketing platforms and an enthusiasm for what can be achieved in using them.
- Proactive and detail-oriented with ability to multi-task and prioritise, effectively managing their own time.
- Strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Added Extras (We can help you with these if not)
- Knowledge of marketing role (or similar) within an creative environment.
- Experienced in using Adobe Photoshop & Indesign.
- Experience in using Mailchimp, CRM, Later or other social media scheduling.
