Responsibilities
What you'll be doing
As a Digital Strategy Account Executive, you’ll be hands‑on with real campaigns from day one. With support from Account Managers, you’ll:
- Help build media plans and launch global & UK digital campaigns
- Book and activate campaigns across digital platforms
- Set up, optimise and track campaigns using tools like Google Campaign Manager and DoubleVerify
- Create reports, analyse performance, and spot trends that matter
- Reconcile spend and support smooth campaign delivery
- Collaborate with Meta teams, media partners, and internal specialists
- Stay plugged into digital trends so our work stays fresh and effective
You’ll follow Meta’s global Ways of Working across planning, setup, execution and reporting - learning best‑in‑class standards as you go!
What you’ll be smashing in 6 months
- Confident launching and supporting digital campaigns
- Comfortable with media planning basics and client servicing
- Familiar with Meta’s bespoke tools and processes
- Building strong relationships across Spark’s specialist teams
- Growing your network and industry knowledge fast

Qualifications
What we're looking for
- We are looking for someone who enjoys working with data and can pick out trends and insights (knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, PPT/Google Slides is important).
- The Account Executive role requires strong attention to details as you will work in a fast-moving work environment.
- A strong team player and collaborative person who wants to learn and develop their skillset.
- We are looking for someone who is proactive and results oriented.
Additional Information
