EZRA is a professional coaching platform used by some of the world's leading organisations. We partner with companies to give their people access to one-to-one coaching that builds real skills, clarity, and confidence at work.
This year, in partnership with Venus Williams, we're giving 1,000 early career professionals access to professional coaching — completely free.
The Gift of Coaching is EZRA's initiative to open up access to professional coaching for people who are just starting out. Through a structured 8-week program, participants work one-to-one with an ICF-certified coach across three sessions, with guided checkpoints to track their progress. It's designed for people who are building their careers and want support doing it, whether that means getting clearer on their goals, building confidence, or navigating the early stages of professional life with more intention.
How to Apply
Applications are open to early career professionals currently in work, including those in the design industry. If you're within your first few years of your career and haven't had access to formal coaching before, this program was built for you.
