Join us for a creative, collaborative, hands-on workshop, exploring the powerful intersection between feminism and environmentalism!
In this workshop, we will explore the theme of "feminism" with an environmental slant through warm-up activities, creative prompts, and a relaxed block of time to make mini-zines that help you reflect on the importance of International Women's Day 👸
This session will dive into eco-feminism, a movement that connects the exploitation of nature with the oppression of women and marginalised communities.
We’ll creatively express through zine-making how topics like gender, justice, and environmental care intertwine. Together, we’ll cut, paste, draw, and write, crafting personal and collective stories that celebrate resilience, honor the Earth, and envision a sustainable future for all.
You do not need any prior experience to take part (though we always do like to welcome back familiar faces!) and included with your ticket is a bespoke handmade envelope full of collage cut-outs to use on the day or take home for later.
Embrace the element of chance, make new like-minded friends, join our supportive community, and most importantly – have fun delving into the zine-making process!
