The Front of House Assistant role is aimed at individuals who are able to guide and assist our audiences in and around our performance spaces, have a passion for immersive and educational theatre, and are able to work independently using initiative and a great attitude within the daily operations.
Our Front of House Team plays an instrumental role in ensuring each and every one of our audience members have the best possible experience during their time with us. As part of our production of Fireside Tales, you will play a key role in sparking our audiences' imaginations and welcoming families to our immersive, storytelling venue.
This is not a normal Front of House role. Our audiences do not passively sit down during the show, but are active participants in the story's narrative, often moving about, they are immersed in the performance from the moment they arrive at our venue.
This role will suit creative, people-centred individuals who are calm under pressure, work well within a team, and feel passionately about creating inspiring experiences for children in Brent.
