Join the Global Practice at Publicis Groupe UK for a 10-week internship that gives you a 360° view of how our industry works behind the scenes.

Responsibilities
You’ll experience three Global Practice routes - Business Development, Influence, and Investment — working on live projects and supporting teams across the Groupe.
What You’ll Be Doing
Business Development
- Support pitch development, research, and new-business preparation
- Help create proposals, presentations, and client-facing documents
- Conduct market, audience, and competitor research
- Assist teams in shaping strategic responses to briefs
Influence
- Support influencer and creator-led campaign planning
- Research creators, trends, and audience insights
- Assist with campaign delivery and creator outreach
- Help develop ideas that connect brands with culture
Investment
- Gain exposure to how media campaigns are planned and bought
- Assist with media-buying tasks and tracking placements
- Support budget tracking and performance reporting
- Learn how investment decisions are made across channels
Group Project
- Collaborate with your intern cohort on a real business challenge
- Develop and present your final project to stakeholders

Recruitment Process

- Step 1: Complete the Arctic Shores online gamified assessment
- Step 2: Take part in a screening call with a recruiter (early January)
- Step 3: Attend an assessment centre (week of 26 January 2026)
