Are you a designer whose journey is just getting started? Then this fellowship is crafted just for you. We’re looking for creative, digital designers ready to push boundaries and invest in their business skills, not just design skills.
This isn’t your typical design program for learning the nitty-gritty of a design software. Nah! No one's teaching you how to be great at Figma or After Effects here. This is for early-stage designers who are ready to boost their careers/skills beyond technical expertise. We'll skip the software drills (because we expect you already know the fundamentals of your craft) and dive straight into leveling up your soft and business skills. How do you find clients? What do you charge? How do you talk about your work without feeling shy? How do you make make a change socially doing what you love? That's what this fellowship teaches.
Who is this fellowship for?
This is for you if
- You're a digital designer, from illustrations to videos, posters, apps, brands, and you've been at it for 1–3 years.
- You're good at what you do but you're not earning enough from it yet.
- You've never had someone to ask for advice or help along the way.
- You want to be around other designers who push you to be better.
- You don't need to be amazing yet. You just need to be honest about where you are and ready to show up.
- The first four weeks are live online sessions every Friday. The last four weeks, you'll work on a design project and show it off at the end.

- 8 weeks online.
- Live sessions once a week.
- Cohort size of maximum 20 fellows. Small on purpose, so everyone gets seen.
- You must attend all sessions and complete all tasks.
