How do you get your work seen without feeling like you have to be everywhere at once? We’re continuing our event series with Creative Lives in Progress this summer, focusing on ways to put yourself out there as an emerging creative.
What you’ll learn
- How to share your work in a way that feels authentic and intentional
- How to build visibility over time without it becoming overwhelming
- What to focus on when you’re starting to promote your work
- What helps your work get seen by the right people
- How Adobe tools can support content creation, visual presentation and iteration when promoting yourself and sharing your work online
- Learn about the Adobe Creative Apprenticeship program and how it can help you access creative opportunities and industry experience
You’ll also have the chance to ask questions during a live Q&A.
About the event
Making the work is one thing. Getting it seen by the right people is another.
To help, we’re teaming up with the Creative Lives in Progress to bring you two more free online events. As part of the ongoing series, in this session, you’ll hear from industry panellists on how they promote themselves and get their work in front of the right people.
Whether you’re studying, building your portfolio or looking for your first paid project, this Adobe Creative Apprenticeship event will give you practical insights you can use straight away.
You can also join the first session on telling stories through your portfolio [here].
Who will be there?
The event will be hosted by Cyn Lagos. Cyn is an artist, creative technologist and founder of Lagos Studios. Since becoming the first Latinx female Adobe Creative Resident in 2019, she has dedicated her career to expanding access to visual education and helping creators adapt to new tools with confidence. She is also a mentor on the Adobe Creative Apprenticeship program.
