Inwrds is a programme exploring collaborative performance practice and poetry. Work with writer Yomi Ṣode and theatremaker Tristan Fynn-Aiduenu to devise a performance inspired by artwork at the V&A South Kensington.

Inwrds is a performance project for 12 young people aged between 18-26 who are interested in exploring collaborative performance practice and creating an original piece of work inspired by ‘The Hair in the Cable’ a new display by Mimi Ọnụọha at V&A South Kensington. 

Working with artists, writer Yomi Ṣode and theatremaker Tristan Fynn-Aiduenu the group will devise a performance through collaborative discussion, writing, poetry and performance.

For this project we are looking for people who meet the following criteria:

  • You are a writer, poet, or spoken word artist who as an interest in developing their work for live performance
  • You have an interest in exploring collaborative practice through writing and performance
  • You are aged 18 – 26 years old
  • You must be committed to attend all sessions
  • You must live or work in London
  • You must have the legal right to work in the UK and be a UK resident
