Junior designers in Nottingham, Lincoln and Leicester, we want to hear from you. A supportive team, real projects and space to grow your craft. If you love turning ideas into confident, on brand design, this one’s for you.

We are on the lookout for a Junior Designer who is excited to grow, experiment, learn and make great work with a kind, collaborative creative team.

This role is perfect for someone early in their design journey who has a solid foundation, a curious mind and a real appetite to build confidence through hands on experience.

You will be supported by a Senior Designer and work closely with brand, creative and UX UI teams, contributing to real projects that go out into the world.

No ego. No “must know everything already”. Just good people, good work and lots of room to grow.

The role

You will help create clean, consistent and on brand design across social, email and web. Your work should feel thoughtful, accessible and genuinely useful to real people.

This is a space where questions are welcomed, feedback is kind and your development actually matters.

What you will be doing

Designing social graphics, email assets, website imagery, landing page visuals, event collateral and sales materials.

Adapting big campaign ideas into different formats and channels.

Preparing files for web and print and helping keep shared assets organised and easy to use.

Supporting quick iterations for performance channels including different sizes, formats and calls to action.

Working alongside copy to make sure tone, hierarchy and accessibility always feel right.

What we are looking for

Comfort using Adobe Creative Cloud including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.

A good eye for layout and typography and a feel for visual storytelling.

Someone organised, open to feedback and happy working collaboratively.

A portfolio that shows your thinking, your personality and your potential.

Nice to have

Any experience with motion, animation or interactive design.

What success looks like

High quality, consistent work you are proud of.

Learning fast and growing in confidence.

Seeing your ideas out in the world.

Being a positive, supportive part of the team.

Details

Hybrid working options available.

Portfolio essential.
