This studio is operating at the edge of creative practice - the kind of place that hacks process, experiments with emerging tools, and actively seeks what's new rather than what's safe.
Based in Huddersfield but serving work that feels culturally visible, this is where ambitious creative thinking comes to life, across everything from brand strategy to industrial design.
The Role
You'll contribute to concept development from day one - not just rolling out work, but helping generate the ideas that drive projects forward. Working across the studio's full creative range from branding, identity and packaging, through to advertising, film, motion and web design, you'll support the development of visual and verbal narratives that push boundaries.
This means building storytelling frameworks, presenting project components to clients, and forming your own perspective on creative solutions while experimenting with new methodologies and tools. The emphasis is on thinking conceptually first, with craft skills developed in service of stronger ideas. You'll manage your own time, communicate progress clearly, and seek feedback actively.
The Package

The Person
A Junior Designer with strong conceptual thinking abilities and genuine problem-solving instincts. Someone who can contribute ideas rather than just execute tasks - switched on, unafraid to voice opinions, and genuinely excited by design challenges.
You'll have a foundation in visual thinking, but the real qualification is your ability to think through problems creatively. The studio values character and potential over current skillset, looking for people who can collaborate openly and develop their own creative voice within a culture that prioritises ambitious, boundary-pushing work.
