Social Media
- Accountable for managing the Mrs. Alice social media channels which have over 500,000 followers across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok with the aim of growing the accounts and improving engagement
- Work with Tom, Alice’s husband, on ideas and strategy for reel engagement
- Implement user generated content
- Responsible for drafting, scheduling and posting all social media activity, working across a number of functions to develop a social media calendar to deliver on engagement and commercial success
- Reporting on KPIS against targets, on a weekly and monthly basis
Content
- Design and own/manage the content marketing strategies for the @mrsaliceshop social media account and support with Alice on her account @mrsalice
- Develop editorial calendar to ensure the wider team is clear on media rollout
- Deliver engaging content on a regular basis including all the on-brand social assets (via canva /adobe platforms etc) for social including videos and stills. Undertake content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets
- Write engaging content for social media that delivers against your strategy
- Optimize content considering SEO and Google Analytics
- Diligent approach to ensuring all content is optimized for mobile-first devices and web
- Work with the wider marketing and merchandising team to leverage assets and expertise to create awareness, engagement and deliver on trade strategy
Photoshoots
- Create a clear asset brief for content & reels for all applicable social media formats.
- Work with the team on set during photoshoots to ensure best assets are created and shoots run smoothly.
How to Apply
Please only apply if you have experience in growing a D2C brand’s social media channels at scale and fast. Being able to demonstrate this with numbers of what you achieved is a must. You will also have

- Ability to multi-task
- Numbers driven and familiar with deep diving into data
- Adobe Illustrator experience
- Very personable to get on well with team members and be an ambassador for the brand
