What they’re looking for:
✏️ 1–4 years’ experience in a design or creative agency
✏️ Some branding know-how, you get how to build a brand from the ground up
✏️ A portfolio packed with crafted, clever, and beautiful design
✏️ Strong hands-on skills in Adobe Creative Suite
✏️ Confident designing & formatting pitch decks that tell a story
✏️ Bonus points for After Effects / Blender / Cinema 4D — but not essential
