Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday

Salary: £14.80 per hour

About the role

As DITTO’s Marketing Intern, you’ll play a vital role in bringing the brand to life across social, community, and operational touchpoints. You’ll help amplify DITTO’s presence online, nurture our growing community, and ensure every customer has a seamless experience - from discovery to delivery.

This role is perfect for someone who’s hard-working, organised, driven, and passionate about building meaningful connections. You’ll work across our team to support social content creation, creator collaborations, community engagement, and customer operations - ensuring every interaction reflects DITTO’s blend of science, storytelling, and care

What you’ll be doing:

Social Media & Content Creation

· Identify, research, and connect with emerging creators on Meta and TikTok who align with DITTO’s brand values and aesthetic.

· Build and nurture relationships with creators from initial outreach and briefings to collaboration and content delivery.

· Monitor cultural and social trends, audio hooks, and visual formats to inspire fresh, high-performing creator-led content.

· Collaborate with creators to co-develop authentic storytelling moments that amplify DITTO’s mission and drive engagement.

· Analyse creator performance and audience response to inform ongoing partnerships and optimise future campaigns.

Community Management

· Engage with and amplify DITTO’s community across all social platforms, fostering meaningful conversations and connections.

· Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and thoughtful manner, reflecting DITTO’s tone of voice and brand values.

· Collaborate with the marketing and customer experience teams to manage community feedback and provide exceptional customer service.

· Identify opportunities to spotlight community stories, testimonials, and user-generated content that strengthen brand loyalty.

· Monitor sentiment and community insights to inform content strategy and enhance overall engagement.

Operations Management

· Support the end-to-end process of customer orders, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and a smooth delivery experience.

· Coordinate with fulfilment partners and internal teams to manage inventory, packaging, and shipping logistics.

· Monitor order tracking and proactively resolve any delivery issues or delays to maintain customer satisfaction.

· Assist with customer communications related to orders, exchanges, and enquiries, providing a helpful and reassuring experience.

· Gather feedback and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and enhance the overall customer journey.

· Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a confident and professional tone

· Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and delivery in both marketing and operational tasks

· Strong interest in social media platforms (Meta, TikTok) and awareness of cultural and digital trends

· Comfortable working collaboratively across teams and independently when required

· Passionate about building meaningful connections and fostering inclusive communities

  • Additionally an interest in women’s health conditions would be a benefit to the role
