POW is part of London's Park Royal and Ealing council’s ambition to create an open access workshop for members of the community to be able to get into different crafts such as woodworking, metal work and digital fabrication
We are currently hiring a Marketing Manager for 6 months who will be responsible for delivering effective marketing campaigns that will get people through our doors and using the workshop regularly.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing online and offline campaigns, including gamification, digital marketing, brand partnerships, on-ground activation, etc. to drive traffic to digital channels
- Identifying, developing & optimising growth channels to get people using our workshop facilities
- Analysing marketing data and user feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
- Proposing new initiatives to attract prospects and convert leads as well as testing new approaches to capture existing demand
- Providing inputs & expertise to drive efficacy of marketing activities (content development and optimization, advertising, etc.)
- Planning and executing initiatives to reach the target audience through different channels
- Manage our social media activity and communication
- Working closely with the team, members and the community
Person Requirements:
- You have a degree in Marketing Media, Business Administration or a related field.
- You have prior experience in a similar role.
- You possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behaviour trends to generate creative ideas.
- You are a highly goal-oriented individual who is resilient in your pursuit of growth.
- You are open-minded, curious, and a strong problem solver.

We Offer:
- 6 Month contract
- Full time:
- Full time, 5 days per week (Monday - Friday)
- £21,000 to £24,000 for a 6-month contract based on experience
- 14 Days Annual Leave
- Part time:
- Full time, 3 days per week (Monday - Friday)
- £13,000 to £15,000 for a 6-month contract based on experience
- 9 Days Annual Leave
- Free lunch on Fridays
- Training across a variety of machinery and workshop practices
- Free access to workshop equipment and facilities for personal projects
