Both groups will help develop and co-create the event programme across the borough, gaining valuable experience, skills, and industry connections.

Steering Board members over 18 will be paid at the London Living Wage rate (currently £14.80 per hour). The total number of paid hours for the 13-18 group will be 20 hours and 32 hours for the 19-30 group.

In February 2026, 19-30 Steering Board members will also be invited to apply for 4 x paid roles as Emerging Producers helping to deliver the programme’s festivals and events.
