Project Coordinator - Big Team Open Mic Sessions
Big Team

Big Team is offering an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator to gain hands-on experience delivering a brand new regional artist programme.
About the Role:
The Project Coordinator will work closely with the core team and freelancers across the Big Team network, to lead on the coordination and management of the project, overseeing the delivery of six open mic events between October 2026-March 2027.
This role is for someone who has 3+ years of experience in the events industry and feels confident to manage a project independently from start to finish.
The Project:
This programme will deliver a series of open mic sessions across Bristol and Gloucester, creating accessible entry points for emerging artists to:
- Build confidence for live performances
- Develop networks within the local music ecosystem
- Connect into wider talent development opportunities
The project specifically supports artists who are underrepresented in the live music industry - particularly those from lower socio-economic backgrounds and/or the global majority.
About Big Team:
Big Team actively works to create options and access for people where barriers exist in the live events industry. We currently support people who want to create, contribute and attend festivals while forging their own paths in the industry.
