Overview
The Role
We are seeking an Amazon Executive Retail Operations Executive to own and scale our client’s Amazon business across retail operations, brand presence, logistics, performance management, and advertising. This role aim to support commercial growth, operational excellence, and long-term brand strategy within the Amazon ecosystem.
You will be assisting the team with client facing deliverables, so accuracy, attention to detail and clear communication skills are critical, in addition to effectively managing your time across multiple projects, escalating where appropriate any delays or blockers.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities: Amazon Retail Management
Catalogue Listings
- Conduct regular listing audits and reviews to ensure accuracy, compliance, and optimization.
- Identify and implement listing optimization opportunities to improve conversion and discoverability.
- Manage and optimize product images, including lifestyle imagery and video assets.
Brand Management
- Oversee Amazon Brand Registry and ensure full utilization of available brand tools.
- Review and optimize the Amazon Brand Store to enhance user experience and storytelling.
- Develop and manage A+ Content, seasonal content, and enhance brand assets to support campaigns and launches.
Logistics Fulfilment
- Evaluate and manage fulfilment strategies, including FBA, FBM, or hybrid models.
- Perform cost analyses to optimize fulfilment efficiency and profitability.
Performance Account Health
- Monitor, analyse, and report on key KPIs including Seller Performance,
- Listing Performance, Fulfilment Performance, and overall Account Health.
- Proactively identify risks and opportunities to maintain strong account standing and operational excellence.
Strategy, Business Intelligence s Growth
- Define and execute Amazon-specific branding and growth strategies aligned with wider business objectives.
- Lead international expansion initiatives, including Amazon Pan-European programs.
- Conduct competitive analysis, market benchmarking, and opportunity identification.
- Provide competitive insights and “opportunity fishing” to uncover new growth levers.
- Review and recommend strategic positioning (e.g., aggressive growth, brand-led strategy, or sales-channel focus).
- Own pricing strategy to balance competitiveness, margin, and brand positioning.
Qualifications
Experience & Capabilities
- An interest in managing Amazon Vendor and Seller Central accounts at scale and developing expertise with Amazon Retail, and Brand tools.
- Data-driven mindset with the potential to translate insights into actionable strategy.
- Commercially savvy and interest in budgeting, pricing, and profitability management.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with creative, logistics, and leadership teams
