Our 6-week cross-disciplinary internship will allow you to spend time working with different teams across our studio, from strategy and writes to design, artwork and audio, so you can learn what each role entails and what suits you best.
As an Intern, your role is deliberately varied and encompasses a wide range of tasks in support of the creative process and the wider team. Your work day to day provides wide-ranging opportunities and challenges.
You will be briefed on an internal project that will allow you to progress a project through from concept to delivery, whilst touching on all the different department’s roles. Starting with the strategy, exploring brand voice and copywriting, and bringing it to life visually with design and artwork.
You'll have the opportunity to share your journey with our wider team towards the end of your internship.
You will also be involved with client work, internal initiatives and general support of the creative output of the studio. There will be times when you will be able to step in and help pick up at a later stage or support the team with research and development of ideas. This is all part of our collaborative approach, and crucial to our collective success.

- You independently push ahead with your ideas and speak-up with honesty, seeking clarification if and when you need more input or information.
- You seek out opportunities to learn more from our many disciplines, building your understanding of their creative approaches and taking onboard their opinions to enrich your contributions.
- You follow the direction of more senior team members, actively learning from them whilst also sharing ideas for them to consider different approaches and new ways of working.
- You seize all opportunities to share your work internally with conviction, clearly articulating your ideas and linking them back to the brief, the strategy and the world.
- You’ll rotate across the studio, supporting teams to research ideas, sketch concepts, and create vision-setting mood boards, and contributing wherever fresh perspective is needed.
