About The Role

As a Social Coordinator, you’ll be a curious self-starter with a passion for pop culture and digital communities. You'll dive deep into internet culture, spot emerging trends, and help shape how major brands show up on social

Working closely with creatives, the Studio team, and clients to create content and conversations that people want to share in their group chats.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Content Ideation & Development: Ideate platform-first content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Trend Tracking & Cultural Insights: Keep your finger on the pulse of online culture, spot emerging memes, formats, and sounds before they go mainstream.
  • Publishing & Scheduling: Stay on top of content calendars, client updates, and deadlines to post to accounts with huge followings!
  • Community Engagement: Build relationships with fans, superfans, and communities by monitoring replies and surfacing UGC.
  • Copywriting: Write copy for ideas, captions, or visuals that sound human, witty, and reflect each brand's tone of voice.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track content performance, bringing insights and learnings to help improve future content.
  • Studio Collaboration: Work closely with designers and editors, briefing them clearly and helping shape ideas into final edits - all with a keen eye for detail.
  • Influencer & Creator Briefing: Assist in briefing and supporting collaborations with creators, making sure they’re equipped with clear objectives and guidance.
  • Client Support: Help respond to client briefs and requests, contributing to content ideas for premieres, junkets, series launches, and new formats.
  • Content Capture: Support shoots and in-house capture sessions.

About You

  • With at least 1 year of experience in a social media role, you’ll have solid channel management experience and a thirst for knowing the latest about entertainment and pop culture.
  • You’re a creative thinker who isn’t afraid to throw bold new ideas into the mix and bring them to life at pace.
  • You’re a skilled writer who can craft copy that feels natural, human, and exactly right for the audience and moment.
  • You’re a team player - curious, collaborative, and always looking for ways to push the work forward.
