Creative Ally is an award-nominated, purpose-led talent agency representing creators who use their platforms to spark meaningful conversations and drive positive social and cultural impact.

We champion creators who care deeply about their communities and the world around them, supporting them to grow, tell their stories with integrity, and partner with brands who share their values.

Our roster includes creators such as Rory Bradshaw, Hosanna Hali, Lydia Bolton and Adeche Atelier, working across cultural commentary, sustainability, identity, wellbeing and social justice.

We support our creators to build sustainable, authentic and creatively fulfilling careers that contribute positively to society.

About the Role
The Talent Assistant role is an early-career position, designed for someone looking to build a long-term career in talent management and the creator economy.

Working closely with the Founder and wider team, you will support the day-to-day management of Creative Ally’s creators, assist with brand partnerships and campaign delivery, and help ensure the smooth running of talent operations.

This is a hands-on role that sits right at the heart of the creator economy, and on the cusp of culture. You will balance relationship building with commercial awareness, campaign administration with creative thinking, and day to day organisation with long term career planning. This role goes far beyond supporting brand campaigns, it’s a role that will see you supporting creator communities, helping diversify our creators’ appeal through events, product
