Not every creative career has a portfolio. Step inside the industry’s engine room and discover the roles, skills and real routes into operations and production with a Nike Brand Creative Studio Manager.

Not every role in a creative agency is about designing or writing. This workshop opens the door to the people and processes that actually make creative work happen.

Led by a Brand Creative Studio Manager from Nike, you’ll get a clear, honest look at operational and production roles inside the industry, from studio and project management to creative production. You’ll learn how teams really work, what skills matter, and practical ways to break into these often-overlooked careers.

Hosted by Pulsar, a London-based youth culture insights studio working across 18+ markets with agencies including Something Special, Soursop and We Are Pi, helping brands like Spotify and Google understand and connect with the next generation.
