The Advertising Creative level 6 is a degree-level apprenticeship qualification designed to supercharge creativity in professionals, equipping them with the skills needed to generate, pitch, and execute innovative and ethically responsible advertising campaigns.
This programme smooths the path from competence to mastery, combining hands-on production experience with strategic thinking, campaign planning, and storytelling expertise. It will not only enhance individual creativity, it will strategically align learning outcomes with your business goals, fostering a robust environment for high performance, innovation and growth.
What the programme will cover:
- Unlocking creativity – a look at frameworks that separate the brilliant from the boring
- Explore the advertising landscape – past, present & future.
- Discover how to analyse, unpick and challenge a brief to find new perspectives.
- Practice finding the insight needle in the information haystack.
- Apply techniques of persuasion and storytelling used by the greats!
- Improve your knowledge of design principles and copy-craft.
- Harness your passion to make campaigns that make change.
- Get pitch perfect - build convincing decks and deliver with passion and precision.
- Get used to taking risks and playing with new ideas.
- Practice multiple techniques to generate original ideas and facilitate group sessions.

Programme length:
The programme runs for 16 months of learning, followed by a 4-month window where learners will work towards their end point assessment.
Programme funding:
The cost for this programme can be fully funded by the apprenticeship levy.
Things to consider:
Applicants must be employed and have business approval to participate in the programme.
The role must be relevant to your job role - you have to be able to evidence learning within your current role.
All workshops are delivered online.
