Skate Gals & Pals
Melanin Skate Gals & Pals uses sports to drive development, social innovation, and empowerment. We are seeking experienced professionals to host training sessions for our Fellows in community project management and delivery skills.
As we launch our next round of fellowships, where community activators around the world are given 12 months of training and funding to launch their community programmes, we’re looking for facilitators to deliver some of our monthly training sessions.
All fellows will be international, so our hosts need to work flexibly with time zones.
The Session Topics we’re looking to recruit hosts for are:
1. Accessibility, Risk & Sustainable Planning
2. Leadership & team Building
3. Finance, Budgeting & Grant Writing
4. Showcase Wrap-up & Future Development
Hosts will also be asked to make a post-session workbook with prompts and questions using our templates.
Dates: 12 months
Pay: £100 per session
Session Length: 2 hours
