Portfolio July: four events to strengthen your graphic design portfolio

A strong portfolio can help you get noticed, communicate your ideas and open the door to new opportunities. This July, we're bringing together industry professionals and emerging designers for a month of portfolio-focused events, including live reviews, practical feedback and the chance to learn how others approach presenting their work.
Whether you're looking for inspiration, curious about how portfolio reviews work or ready to get feedback on your own projects, we've got an event for you.
As part of Portfolio July, we're hosting a live Watch and Learn session alongside three graphic design Portfolio Reviews. You'll hear directly from industry professionals, gain fresh perspectives on your work and connect with other emerging designers. And if your portfolio is still a work in progress, don't worry – a few projects or pieces of work that capture what you do is enough.

Join us on Zoom for an evening of portfolio feedback and creative career advice. You'll share your work in small groups and hear perspectives from industry professionals and fellow emerging designers.

Who are these events for?
Portfolio July is designed for emerging creatives at different stages of their journey.
Watch and Learn is open to anyone interested in creative careers, with no portfolio required.
Our Portfolio Reviews are open to students, recent graduates, freelancers and creatives within the first year of their career who are ready to share their work and receive feedback.
How are places allocated?
Watch and Learn is free to attend and open to everyone interested in creative careers. There are unlimited places available, but registration is required.
Due to high demand and limited capacity, attendance at our 28, 29, and 30 July Portfolio Reviews is not guaranteed. Full application and selection details can be found on each event page.
