We're looking for an engaging individual as a part-time Creative Learning Assistant to coordinate with our Creative Learning Manager and deliver essential programming throughout our venue.
Part time: 1.5 – 2 days a week (12 – 16 hours in total)
Salary: £7,619 – £10,156 per year
Employer pension contribution up to 6%

The Creative Learning Assistant plays a key supporting role in the day-to-day running of the Landmark’s creative learning programme, which includes community classes, school projects, and youth engagement.
This role is ideal for someone looking to build experience in arts education and administration. You’ll work within a clear structure to provide logistical and administrative support, helping to ensure sessions run smoothly and inclusively.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the coordination of workshops, classes, and creative projects
- Assisting with outreach and communication with schools and community partners
- Preparing spaces and liaising with tutors, artists, and participants
- Providing logistical and administrative support within established programmes
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day delivery of education activities
