We are looking for a Junior Paid Media Specialist to assist in the execution of paid media strategies across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms for a range of music-focused brands and artists.

Job Description:

We are looking for a Junior Paid Media Specialist to support our Digital Marketing Manager. In this role, you will assist in the creation and execution of paid media strategies across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms for a range of music-focused brands and artists. A good understanding of Meta Ads Manager, music culture, and trending content styles on Instagram and TikTok is essential. This is a great opportunity to develop your technical skills while contributing to our agency and clients, with the potential to transition into a full-time role.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Digital Marketing Manager in the strategy and execution of paid media campaigns across platforms including Meta, Google, and TikTok, aligning with the goals of electronic music brands and artists.
  • Support audience analysis to identify demographic and behavioural trends for targeted ad placements.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop campaign assets that resonate with music fans.
  • Assist in monitoring and optimising campaign performance, focusing on metrics such as ROAS, CPC, and engagement rates.
  • Help implement A/B testing strategies to refine ad creative, audience targeting, and delivery methods.
  • Contribute to the development of campaign performance reports.
  • Assist in translating marketing copy for different audiences.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends in social media and digital advertising.
  • Support the Digital Marketing Manager by taking on assigned tasks and providing insights.

Requirements:

  • Essential: Proven experience in managing paid media campaigns specifically on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), including demonstrable experience of using Meta ads to sell tickets to music events.
  • Understanding of music culture and audience preferences, especially electronic music.
  • Willingness to learn how to interpret campaign performance data and use tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Creativity to contribute to compelling ad content.
  • Eagerness to learn and improve processes and tools.
  • Attention to detail and willingness to follow instructions.
  • Interest in learning about advanced paid media techniques, such as audience segmentation, pixel tracking, and retargeting strategies.
  • Organised and responsive in using communication and project management tools.
  • Proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
  • Fast-worker who thrives in a high-pressure, deadline-driven work environment.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Desirable: Some experience with or interest in learning about paid media campaigns on Google Ads and TikTok.
