Based in Primrose Hill, Otherway’s 50-person multidisciplinary team is made up of strategists, designers, creatives, copywriters, account managers, performance marketers and web developers.
For Otherway, the most successful clients and ventures are a result of combining smart ideas with a shared purpose.
From the start, Otherway’s mantra has been all about making great brands with good people. This enables the team to not only enjoy what they do and who they work with, but hopefully leave the world in a better place.
The vast majority of the company’s work looks to introduce new brands and ideas to the market; aiming to create the businesses of tomorrow from scratch, or relaunching the more established ones in bold new ways.
Collaboration sits at the heart of Otherway’s team culture. It believes that genuine partnership – with clients and with each other – leads to better work.
This extends from roundtable idea sessions at the start of each project, to celebratory team lunches and end-of-month round-ups at the end of projects, too.
Otherway has worked with and nurtured entry-level talent for the better part of the last decade. In fact, many of the company’s current design directors and senior members of staff initially joined them as interns.
As an agency, Otherway is committed to ongoing mentorship across all disciplines and has launched a rolling internship programme called The Good Internship.
